Usually, each week I will review one entry in the bibliography of Stephen King in the chronological order of publication.

This week, however, I'm doing something a little bit different.

This week I won't be reviewing anything by Stephen King or adapted from his works.

Well, I might be deviating slightly, but I'm still keeping it in the family.

That's right.

In this week's edition of the Stephen King cast, in honor of the movie's upcoming Halloween release,

I'll review the third publication from Stephen King's oldest son, Joe Hill, 2010's

darkly comic love story, Horns.

Now, I first read Horns when it came out four years ago, and it was one of those book

experiences where I both couldn't wait to get to the next page and dreaded it at the same

time, because each page read was one page closer to the end and this was a book

I didn't want to finish and I'm very glad to have read it again.

It's a solid book.
