We hear a lot or there's different bits of research on is this kind of idea of fat talk or

body talk and kind of like weight-based talks in different ways.

And there's some research, there's definitely an association

between that kind of language, those kind of conversations and negative body image,

but and there's a little bit of evidence to show that there might be like a causal effect

there between kind of engaging those conversations and then, and then not feeling so good about your body but

again it's kind of hard to kind of piece it out to being like oh it's because these things kind of

don't happen really in isolation um that you have like you know to kind of yeah oh it's just

one thing leads to that kind of I think if if it's, if it was that easy,

we would have kind of cracked it by now and no one would, like, we'd be able to be like,

okay, here's, here's a perfect intervention that will completely like wipe out negative body

image or disorder duty or whatever. So it's all a bit messy and entangled, I think. And herein lies the problem with so much research. But you mentioned their body talk.
