Another bonus episode.

I do these bonus episodes when I cover a topic that's a little bit out of our standard range of topics.

And I thought, given what's been going on in the Catholic Church, we ought to devote an episode to that.

And joining me to discuss this are two people I respect very much.

We've got Roger McCaffrey, who has been a guest a number of times in the past on the show and who's the godfather of

two of my children was a founding publisher of the Latin Mass Magazine, which at that time was a

really, really interesting and great magazine. And I say that not just because I was also on

the masked head in those days, but also Roger runs Roman Catholic books and is general, one of the best direct mail writers out there.

I mean, you could find yourself donating just about anything if Roger wrote the letter.

So he's fantastic.

And also Steve Scojic, who is the publisher of the blog One Peter 5, which you can visit at OnePeter5.com, spelling out the numbers. So

O-N-E-Peter, F-I-V-E.com. It's a blog I very much enjoy reading. Steve is a great writer.

The people who write there are outstanding. And I actually make a fairly substantial financial

contribution to that blog every month because I do like to put my money where my

mouth is and I like what Steve is doing. So I'm glad to have both of these gentlemen here.

We're going to start just with the background. I really want to spend the time kind of picking

apart what's really going on and what's likely to happen and all that stuff. But we've got to get
