interview with Emma Specter. Emma is a writer at

Vogue and the author of the new memoir More Please on Food, Fat, Binging, Longing,

and The Lest Four Enough. As you can infer from the title this is a book about binge eating

disorder. However, this abbreviated version of the interview does not include

the part of our conversation that even touches on binge eating and recovery

really so I don't think we need a big content

warning for this episode, but naturally the book itself does get into a lot of

specifics, so just be ready for that when you read it. Anyway, in this condensed episode, Emma and I talk about
