Do you go. Hey, hopefully you were able to watch some of the confirmation hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett to be an

associate justice of the Supreme Court. I'll share some of my observations, but I'm also keenly

interested in your own observations. I love judicial confirmation hearings or I should say I used to.

I used to enjoy hearing the debate about judicial philosophy and there's been some of that, some

discussion of textualism and minimalism and originalism and the role of our court and a tripartite system.

But those were the old days and that's when we heard those conversations.

Hopefully our country can get back to those types of hearings.

But here are my observations on what we have seen so far.
