0:38.3	Canales? They're getting a really energetic, passionate guy. And I love Dave Canales and the
0:46.7	personality that he brought to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But you take a look at what he did
0:50.5	with the Buccaneers offense, right? They finished 23rd in total offense
0:55.3	with 313 yards per game. They finished 17th and passing offense with 224.2 yards per game
1:02.1	and then dead last in run offense. But you take a look at the way that the rushing offense
1:08.7	developed and grew over the second half of the season.
1:13.0	So that 30-second finish doesn't really tell the whole story, right?
1:17.4	We saw Dave Canales really grow as a play caller, as an offensive coordinator,
1:22.0	as somebody who was able to adjust mid-game and figure out what the opponent was doing and put his offense in the

1:41.2	the Baker-Mayfield effect where he was starting to get comfortable and
1:45.0	Canales was getting comfortable and really starting to hit their stride, which is what
1:49.3	won then the NFC South and got them past the Eagles and into the divisional round much further
1:54.6	than what people thought. So Dave Canales is going to bring a spark. He's a great leader.
