Friends, today is a Good News Friday update episode. If you were just joining me, today is Friday.

And so on Fridays, what I do is I hop in just to kind of discuss

some things that have been on my heart or the news cycle or some testimonies to share because I'm

in this process of writing my next book. And so I know you guys are going through the Psalm series.

This is not one of the Bible study episodes. So if you're here for Bible study episodes, go back to the episode before this or after this because there's a regular rhythm of the daily Bible study episodes. This is just a little bit of a bonus, good news Friday episodes. So I can talk about all the things that don't fit into necessarily the Monday through Friday episodes.

And so today, I'm going to give you an actual update for my daughter, Addy. I know a lot of you

have been wanting that. And if you don't know, my daughter, Addy, is currently on a nine-month-long

mission trip on the world race with adventures and missions. And so a lot of you have been

supporting her and praying for her. And so I have an update I'm going to read. It's kind of long. So I want to just say a couple things before we get into that. And then also I wanted to give you an update. Last week, if you listened to last week's bonus episode, which I also weighed in on everything that's happening within the charismatic church and Bethel and all

of those things talked about accountability. That was last Friday. But I asked for your feedback.

Thank you so many of you did reach out and sent me voice messages or direct messages about your

feedback about the Monday through Friday episodes. And I think this is where we've landed.

There are a lot of people that are actually wanting Saturday and Sunday episodes, especially the daily affirmations episodes,

because it's become part of your spiritual rhythm. I kind of was leaning towards that anyway because I was

kind of feeling like, man, if I'm teaching you to do these daily affirmations as part of your

spiritual rhythm, I probably do need to give you Saturday and Sunday episodes. But the challenge with

that is not everybody listens on Saturday and Sunday. They might not be able to or they listen on

their commute to and from work. So what I decided to do is I'm going to start doing Saturday and Sunday

episodes, but they're not going to be tied to the actual series that we're doing. So even though

we're doing the Psalm series right now, we're going to take a break from the Psalm series on the

weekends, and I'm going to do two things. On Saturdays, we'll do a Saturday set of affirmations,
