interview about how they interview. It's hosted by Jesse Thorne who hosts the

great show Bullseye and is the leader of all things at the maximum fun

podcast network. His guest on the Turnaround have included of all things at the Maximum Fun Podcast Network.

His guest on the turnaround have included Ira Glass, Errol Morris, Jerry Springer,

Ody Cornish, Mark Marin, Susan Orleans, Brooke Gladstone, and me. So we thought we'd share that conversation with you.

I talk about the history of the show, how I prepare for interviews, what happens in the studio,

and why the rest of the team is always pushing for me to get more and more

uncomfortable.

And I also talk about maternity leave because when I taped this I was on maternity leave.

My daughter was just a few months old. I set up a microphone

held her in my lap and talked about interviewing and the moments where she

makes her presence known are some of my very favorite. So here it is Jesse Thorne
