Well, last month on gender conceal, I had the true pleasure of chatting with writer and union organizer Alma Avaya. Alma and I talk all the time on

like a personal level. She was also a wonderful gender reveal live guest like a year and a half ago,

but I kept telling her I would not have her on the podcast until she was no longer working at Condé Nass so that we could do more gossip.

And last November, Alma was dramatically fired in an extremely illegal and obviously

retaliatory way, which is obviously very, very bad, but it does mean it's finally time to talk

to her on a podcast. So, in today's bonus episode, you'll be hearing a condensed version of

Condi Nast, along with three of her colleagues.
