Welcome to the channel. I am Josephine Hartman. I have been working with the Akashik Records for 21 years and teaching about them for 10 of those years now.

This is one of the top questions I get from students all of the time.

And it's basically, it comes in the form of either, can I keep my Akashik records open 24-7,

and if so, what's going to happen? Or what happens if I'm doing a reading for myself or I'm in the records and then I forget to

close them.

What can happen in that instance?

So the short answer to that is nothing bad is going to happen either way.

The world is not going to explode. Your head is not going to explode if you forget to close the records after doing a self-reading or spending some

time there. Or if you decide at some point, you know, I just want to keep the Akashic records open and keep the energy flowing 24-7.

That is absolutely something that many people feel called intuitively to do at some point.

That said, your physical body and your nervous system need some time, in most cases,

to acclimate and adjust to the higher frequency of the Akashic records.

Because let's remember that we're talking here about a field of light and a field of

energy that exists beyond the human dimension, beyond the egoic dimension, beyond the mind,
