Ha ha! It was going so well. I was was like that's a lovely introduction

I was born in Glasgow, but moved to

Leeds when I was a little girl. I love listening to the Scottish patter and hearing about places

I visited when I was visiting my relatives. I wanted to tell you about my sibling injuries. My

little sister is four years younger than me and I must have been around seven years old when this happened.

This was back in the days when Quality Street and Rose's

chocolates came in big glass jars. After having a couple of chocolates, I decided my sister already had

enough and it was time to put them away. Unfortunately, she tried to grab one more and I slammed

on the lid and twisted it to close, taking off the tip of her middle finger in the process.

Needless to say, I got a right kick in after they got back from the hospital and they had to try

and reattach the tip to her finger, Sharon. Sharon doesn't tell us whether or not that was a successful operation, but we'll assume,

given that she's had the bravery to send it to us, that there was a successful reattachment.

Oh, that is brutal, isn't it?
