For a lot of my life, when things weren't going well, I would say, you know, what is wrong with me?

Like, I'm not getting this worked on. What's wrong with me? And now I say, what's wrong with my situation?

Right? Like, this isn't getting done.

Like, I keep procrastinating.

What's wrong with my situation?

Is the task undefined?

Do I need more advice?

Am I not sleeping enough?

Like, what's wrong with my situation?

And I feel like it is a much more productive question to ask because it leads you to solutions.
