Summary

Lady… listen. The energy this season is all about release, renewal, and community. In this short and soulful bonus episode, we’re sharing three reflection questions that will guide our time together during our upcoming community experiences, the Virtual Sleepover and the 11:11 Manifestation Hike.

These aren’t your typical “new year, new me” questions.

They’re grounding, clarifying, and designed to help you check in with your spirit, your boundaries, and your vision before the next chapter unfolds.

And if you’ve been craving sisterhood, softness, and intentional community? Well, come join us! 🤩

Recruiting can be such a distraction. We gave Job Centre Plus a try, and they've really helped us out. Really? Yeah. It was dead easy. We got our own employer advisor, Julie, who helped advertise our jobs, shortlisted candidates for us and letters interview at the Job Centre. We've hired some great people, and Job Centre Plus really took the hassle out of it, and there was no fee.

I was in a place where I was trying to let go of a relationship that was not serving me

anymore. And I'm going to be real with you, okay? This was coming off the hills of what I like

exploring and experimenting and had been outside, dating, doing all the things. And I reached a point where

0:55.8

my spirit was like, all right, lady, it's time to come back home, time to sit yourself down, okay?

And I wanted to, right? I wanted to choose alignment. I wanted to choose clarity. I wanted to

1:06.0

choose myself, but wanting it and living it, those are two different things. So this year brought up some challenges,

1:13.1

I think, for many of us, right? When we think about what's happening in the world, when I think

1:17.2

about some of the patterns that I found myself in and some of the truths I wasn't expecting to face,

1:21.4

I found myself in a space of trying to release things that had been tied to my identity and my coping and my sense of

comfort, even my idea of love and intimacy. And so today we're going to talk briefly about that

1:34.9

and talk about what we're releasing in this year so that we can walk into 26 and how we can

1:41.1

actually release things in a way that lands. So I'm going to pass it over to

1:44.5

Dom to share our quote of the day and some of the exciting updates before we jump into this
