Welcome to the 10-minute Entrepreneur Podcast, intended to equip and encourage business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs,

taught by active business owner, best-selling author, and teacher, Sean Castrina.

All right, Sean Castorina with the 10-minute Entrepreneur podcast, one of our teaching additions,

0:23.6

which I like the most. I love interviewing people, but I love teaching startup founders and

0:29.6

business owners that are stuck. They just can't seem to get their company to grow anymore.

0:34.6

What I want to talk about today is the seven deadly sins of a startup. That's the

0:39.4

seven deadly sins of a startup. And, you know, I have lower end courses that I make available,

1:28.2

not a big course person. I actually like working with people one-on-one. I like working with boards of

1:33.1

companies. I like working with startup founders where I can kind of avoid mistakes that they might make.

1:38.8

But business is too fluid for me to create a course where these are the definitive answers of all your

1:44.4

problems, so I don't. All right, seven deadly sins of a startup. I don't know how I got off on

1:49.6

that tangent. The number one is the founder falls in love with their idea, and you've heard

1:55.6

me say this before, but they fall in love with it and they pose every question like this.

2:01.3

Let's say they were looking for criticism.
