| 1:02.0 | Well, the first basket is marketing. How are you growing your customer base? How are you acquiring new customers? |

| 1:12.2 | money to grow your customer base, to expand that customer base, to attract your target customer? |
| 1:19.7 | If you don't have a marketing plan in place that requires a budget, okay, your little social |
| 1:27.1 | media campaign that your niece is running, running is not what I had in mind. |
| 1:31.8 | Okay, I'm talking about putting money into growing your customer base, into promoting your brand, |
| 1:40.2 | into building a brand, into expanding your target market, into, you know, expanding your demographics, |
| 1:47.0 | people that want to buy from you, all those things. You've got to put money into marketing. |
