Why introduce a completely random character completely disconnected from everything else?

Honestly, I wasn't sure.

but it definitely bugged me in the back of my mind.

And now here he is again in ruin, and not only is he back,

he's got more collectibles than literally any other

character. Four masks, two pinatas, two plushies, and two golden plushies, which

is especially strange when main characters like Roxy and Chika only have like one or two items

tops. What is the deal with this thing?
