Good morning, everybody. It is Friday. And it's not just any Friday. It is a blue Friday. The first official blue Friday of the 2025 season as the Seahawks will play the 49ers on Sunday at 105 p.m.

And there's no pair of people I would rather spend this morning with than my good friends, Dave Bowling and Mike Sando.

I'm not a young man either so uh let's better to us yeah well certainly me you know when I golf

with Mike uh you know I realize he uh he can he uses his height well, man. This is a guy that

uses his length well. And, uh, if there is, if there is an athletic anonymous ranking about

golf striking, I think Mike Sando would score pretty well, uh, among his, yeah, but that's short game.

I get so excited this time of year.

I'm like a kid.

I just really, blood gets going, starting in training camp, and then the college season gets going.

I, I like don't sleep well at night

when there's a game I'm going to cover or watch. Still, the old bio rhythms really get cranked up

come September. I had a dream last night. And the only thing I remember from it was that the

49ers beat the Seahawks in week one. I woke up and I was like, wow, really.

And then it wasn't. So maybe the 49ers only win this game in Santa's dreams.

You know, it's a weird thing to have in your dream, but, you know, Hawk fans can be relieved.
