Dax and Germany's down 3 tenths per set.

Ten-year Treasury up 20-30 seconds.

The yield 1.83 percent.

Yield on the 2-year.

0.87 percent.

Nine-ex screwed oil, down down 6 tenth percent or 22 cents to

3768 a barrel. Comex gold is up 8 tenth percent or $10.30 cents to 1274

40 an ounce. The euro a dollar ten ten thirty-nine, the n-12.

I wanted to ask you, Jack, what do you think of the phenomenon of negative interest rates

and how they hit the average person. I note that Nikke, the Japanese newspaper reporting that all 11 Japanese asset managers who

are running money market funds are closing them because they can't make them work with negative interest rates.
