My name is Ryan O'Neill and I make music under the name Sleeping at Last. And this is the Sleeping at Last podcast.

0:31.0

So for a while now, I've mentioned that there will be this anygram overview episode coming.

0:37.0

And honestly, the more I thought about it, the more it made sense to record not one episode, but three, one for each of the songs, body, heart and mind.

0:46.0

Which are songs based not only on the physical and physiological body, heart and mind, but they were actually based on the anygram intelligence centers as well.

0:56.0

And because these three songs came out before my nine songs inspired by the nine anygram types, I'm not actually sure if many folks recognize that that body, heart and mind were based on the anygram intelligence centers.

1:08.0

And we're also rooted in my learning about the anygram. So today I am so excited to single out the song body and to tell you how it was born and to talk about all things anygram and intelligence centers.

1:22.0

And I will be joined by one of my absolute dearest friends in the world, Chris Hewarts, who will give us incredible insight into those intelligent centers, what they are, what they mean and just a whole lot more.

1:33.0

So I'm so excited to continue the conversation about the anygram and to give you the birth story of my song body.

1:42.0

Before we dig into all that, I also wanted to let you know that my astronomy series of songs, which are if you are unfamiliar, there are pieces of music inspired by observable astronomical events in the universe around us.

1:55.0

I wanted to share that astronomy volume one, the very first collection of this this ongoing series of music is out everywhere music is now.

2:03.0

I'm so excited that these songs get to live in one place and I am already hard at work at the first pieces of music for volume two of astronomy.

2:11.0

So I'm really excited to share that with you in the months ahead.

2:15.0

Again, astronomy one is out now and the link is available in the show notes.

2:21.0

All right, let's begin.

2:24.0

I am going to welcome back Chris Hewarts, who not only taught me pretty much everything I know about the anygram, but as an author as a teacher, Chris Hewarts is the most compassionate and I think helpful voice in the anygram.

2:38.0

If you went back and listened to the episodes that were all about each of the nine songs that were released, you are already very familiar with the gift that Chris brings to the anygram.

2:49.0

So Chris has actually been up to quite a few amazing things since we recorded those episodes last year.

2:55.0

So here's Chris to fill you in on the details of what he's been up to.

2:59.0

So this has been one of the busiest content creation periods of my life over the last couple of years I've been working on what's now my newest book, the anygram of belonging and really hopeful that that can be a gift to my friends, my family, but really the larger anygram community.

3:18.0

I've been working on a podcast that didn't realize how hard it was to produce one of these and so mad respect to you for for slugging away and being faithful with yours.
