But I actually think that having an Instagram account has letting me take back control of how I feel

about body image and actually I'm in a much healthier position than I would have been in without

So like about 10 years ago, my kind of main source of entertainment news, celebrity news and

like beauty news was magazines.

And I know that women's magazines have reformed themselves a lot in the intervening years and they're not as bad as they used to be.
