I mean anything.

Three women come to the table with the stories and issues that they are burning to talk about,

and I hope just let rip.

So let's do this.

Who have we got around the table today?

Ellen Coyne is Senior Ireland Reporter for the Times,

Zoe Strimple, historian of gender and relationships, author and columnist for the Sunday

Telegraph, and Clara Ampho, a presenter for BBC Radio One's Live Lounge, who also regularly hosts many

things, including Glastonbury. So hello to you all. And Ellen, I'm going to come to you first,

if I may. You feel liberated by Instagram. Tell us more.

Yes, I'm going to tread so cautiously with this

because I know there is so much evidence, you know,

of younger people kind of distorting their idea of what beauty image is.

And maybe this is just specific to people in me in my late 20s

who probably seem like prehistoric to younger girls now.

But I actually think that having an Instagram account has letting me take back control of how I feel

about body image and actually I'm in a much healthier position than I would have been in without

it.

So like about 10 years ago, my kind of main source of entertainment news, celebrity news and

like beauty news was magazines.

And I know that women's magazines have reformed themselves a lot in the intervening years and they're not as bad as they used to be.

...
