your story with ending the war with food and your body. How long was that journey for you?

What did that look like for you? And why do you help people do that now? Yes. Oh,

man, Amber, I'm so excited to talk to you about this stuff. And gosh, I could just go on for days and days about this. So my kind of my own kind of war with food started around age 14, which I think is a pretty common time for a lot of girls. You know, that's kind of like

peak eating disorder time. You know, it's like your hormones are off. You're getting a little

bit of weight. But yeah, so for me, it started around 14. And, you know, it just started very

sneakily. It started, I've always been somewhat active.

And, you know, I was in soccer and I just kind of started paying a little bit more attention to my body at that time.
