Since 2017, there have been over 200 bodies found in the 2,500 miles worth of bayous and waterways in Houston, Texas.

These bayous are essential to flood control, but can be extremely dangerous if you get in.

You've got steep, slippery banks, limited lighting, and unpredictable water flow that create a lot

of risks for pedestrians, the homeless, and anyone who ventures too close. In 2024, there were

35 bodies pulled out of the bayous. Last year, in 2025, there were 31. We also have already at least one that I know of this year.

So what is going on here lately in the Houston Bayous?

Well, there's a lot of fear about a serial killer out there,

and I guess I'm going to give you a little bit of information

to help you decide whether that is in fact true or not.
