First of all, it's great to be back with you, running on fumes and a catnap here.

So excuse my limited English at times.

But, no, you know, for Steve Botty to have pulled the plug, Kevin, the

way that he did, and all you have to do is go read the statements, and it becomes abundantly

clear that this was not a mutual parting of ways, and so for it to have ended like that,

after 18 years, the second longest tenure behind Mike Tomlin and Pittsburgh, That's what has my shock scale over a 10.

But if you've been watching this team and it's shortcomings throughout the Lamar era

in this month of January where they just simply have become shells of themselves

and what they've been in the regular season with hardware for Lamar

and over 70% of the games in which he starts, he wins, and they mow down competition

for them to take on a completely different DNA this month and not even play meaningful football

this month, meaning in the postseason, with that roster, the way that it was

projected universally to be top three up there with the Philadelphias and the Detroit's,

it's no surprise that Steve ultimately had to make the decision to go with his franchise quarterback,

and now obviously the search begins for just the four tech coach in their 30 years of existence. Was it ultimately cumulative, meaning the lack of playoff success in recent years,

the expectations as you just described them, or did Lamar have a lot to do with it?

I wouldn't be surprised if the latter, first of all, all across the board, right?
