We are going to get into Thursday's trade deadline, lead you through this week and start here in our first pod with the Eastern Conference.

Now let's get to trade deadline week here with ESPN's Bobby Marks.

Bobby, welcome out of the Florida sun into the Connecticut cold. How are you? I'm good. How are you doing?

I'm great. I'm great. I ready for trade deadline week. It's a tradition of ours to both come rolling in here right before the football game.

I used to wait until the kickoff to get in my car and come up because I just knew nobody's making deals once that game starts.

And I left a little bit earlier.

We're here a little bit before kickoff.

But here we go.

So there's a rhythm to these trade deadlines,

Bobby. You know this. You've been a part. You were a part of a lot of them in New Jersey and then

Brooklyn as part of the Nets front office and even here with us now at ESPN. And you sort of get like

a deal or two late in the week sometimes maybe one sneaks

through on Saturday and then Sunday gets quiet.

Sometimes, you know, the owners are all at Super Bowl parties.

It's hard to get the owners like once they start, you know, engaging on Super Bowl Sunday.

So tougher to get the owners.

I've always found that there's just not a lot of back and forth among teams.

Some teams are traveling back from scouting on Saturday.

But if there's not deals done by Sunday, typically now Monday morning, everybody comes in,
