Hey, everyone, welcome in to another edition of the WojPod, another trade deadline week edition, this time on the Western Conference with ESPN's front office insider, Bobby Marks, and we'll get to our conversation with Bobby here in a moment.

Van Pelt. Now, let's bring in ESPN's front office insider, Bobby Marks, Bobby. We laid out the

Eastern Conference in a pod.

Let's look at the West.

And I think one place to start in the Western conferences is in Minnesota because they've got,

I think there's multiple possible deals for them with more than one player.

And so I think they hold a little bit of the key to what this next week might look like.

Robert Covington is a player.

I'm very confident they're going to trade at some point this week,

and they've got to figure out what that deal looks like for them.

Any number of contenders would like Covington, the question always is as at what price

and what does it look like.

And they need a point guard.

And that's been a big part of their struggles this year is they moved Jeff Teagan.

They've got to find someone that they can partner with Carl Anthony Towns.

They were very focused on DeAngel Russell in the summer.

They had the cap space to try to sign him or maybe do a sign and trade with Brooklyn.

He ends up doing the sign and trade with Golden State gets a max deal.

But as always was possible, there is a surplus of guards in Golden State.

They're going to have Steph Curry coming back from his hand injury sometime in March.
