This is some extent my work ethic, which you can say is, you know, appreciate it, appreciable,

laudable, is also a cover for, you know, not being able to sit still. And I became very aware of that

coming out of this experience of near death. When you, when you just work, you sort of almost

don't make memories, I think, if all you do is add to your list of to-do things and ask yourself

every second of every day, what do I need to get done? What do I need to do? What am I not doing

right now that I should be doing? And there are times in life when that's all you can do.

If you have a kid with some medical problem, if you have financial challenges, there are times

in years in people's lives where all they can do is just go, I, I can't dwell on my life,

I can't put some space in here, I can't meditate, I have to fix something else, I have to make

something happen. And I understand that, but the heart attack really made me know that if you just

live that way, you don't really live. It's like you weren't here.
