Hey, hey, hey, I want a, hey, hey, yeah, fuck up, hey, so Bob Saggett died, my manager

called me on Sunday, we're both close with him, and told me, and it's just, I was kind

of numb at first, I'm just like, okay, uh-huh, but over the following days, it started

sinking, and I never believe it, you know, my body just doesn't believe it at first when

someone dies, and then it slowly starts processing it, I think. But let me just talk a little

bit about Bob Saggett. You know him, of course, from Full House, you know that he's a comedian

and he's kind of blue. Let me tell you what you might not know. Bob Saggett was the nicest,

kindest, just thoughtful, lovely, super-mench of a man, and usually when comics describe

another comic as nice, it's their, uh, kind way of saying he wasn't particularly funny,

but with Bob, he was both, he was so fucking hilarious, but just also so sweet, so warm.

The first time I met Bob was actually over the phone, Jeff Ross was hanging out, he was

over my apartment, it was when I was living on sweetser many years ago, and, uh, probably

in the very early 2000s, and he called Bob and put him on speakerphone. They were already

good friends, and we talked for like at least an hour, and Bob had us, we were, I was crying,

tears from laughter. He was on some rant, angry about something, but like jokingly angry

more, and I wish I could remember the specifics. I mentioned it to Jeff, and he was like, I remember

that, but we were, we were dying laughing, and I was like, this is the funniest person I've

ever met. He was madly in love with his three daughters, they were his whole world, it was

comedy, and his daughters, his family, and, uh, boy, is he gonna be missed? I wish that we could

know when someone was gonna die, so that the outpouring of love could happen before.

And I think it's why, whenever a comic dies, us in the comedy community, the good thing about

it is, we remember to tell each other, we love each other, and so, you know, my, uh, texts, and
