As the final seconds counted down in game six of the Western Conference Finals, the great

Kenny Albert simply but perfectly said, the St Conference Finals, the great Kenny Albert, simply but perfectly said,

the St. Louis Blues for the first time in 49 years, are going back to the Stanley Cup final.

And it means something around St. Louis.

St. Louis Blues and are from the same family. It's our own Brent Johnson, who is on vacation

on the beach right now, as well as his dad, Bob Johnson, who played for the blues as well.

Just tell us about the passionate fan base, because we always hear that St. Louis is a great baseball town, but it also loves the blues.

What was the fan base in the city like playing for the blues?

We were fortunate. I was called up and all that. And we were a year in St. Louis.

Terrific. And we actually played at the old arena. That's back in, you know, the mid,

when would that be? The mid, early 70s, I'm sorry.

And that.

So it was good.

It's just a great town.
