Well, I think almost everybody knows who Warren Buffett is.

We're talking about Warren Buffett because of something that I just read.

He's maybe the most successful investor in America.

He's certainly one of them.

He's worth like $118 billion.

And a few years ago, he spoke to some recent college graduates.

And here's what he said.

Right now, I would pay $100,000 for 10% of the

future earnings of any of you, speaking to the students. I would pay $100,000 if you give me 10%

of your future earnings. Now, you can improve your value by 50% just by learning communication skills, and I'm

talking about public speaking.

If that's the case, see me after class and I'll pay you $150,000.

He said it was the most important thing that he ever did to advance his career as an

investor. He said he was so nervous when he was in high school and college where he had to get in
