and now boss and founder of Metro Bank. Can you just talk to us a little bit about Metro Bank, its growth, what its aim, to sort of start off gently great.

So nine years ago, there was four of us. We came together, we went and raised some money,

Vernon Hill, the chairman, myself and others. And we applied for a banking licence. We were the first new de de novo new bank on the high street in over 100 years

We opened our first store and we start to serve people look after them

We've got better technology in better locations with great people who were there to create fans and that's what we do
