Meet Bronic Masayada, the chief executive of Hyscox Insurance.

Right, can you just tell us a little bit about the business?

Hyscox has a revenue of about £3 billion.

So it's ensuring things like oil rigs, ships, satellites,

ensuring people against hurricanes and earthquakes.

And that's about half the business.

The other half of the business is ensuring two pretty distinct segments, one of which is

the richest 10% of the population for their homes, fine art, jewelry, classic cars. And then the other half of the other big chunk is small businesses with 50 or fewer employees.

And we do that around the world where we have markets, so in the US, in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and Benelix.

So this is why you're a specialist insurer. That's right.
