podcast. My name is Rob Maurer. Today we're continuing the discussion of the SEC lawsuit against Elon Musk. In the pre-market today on Friday, it's still early before 6 a.m. Central time, but Tesla stock is showing some slight

improvement from yesterday. In case you missed it, I had another episode last

night discussing my initial thoughts on the SEC lawsuit and at that point in Thursday's

aftermarket Tesla had been down over $40 per share we are now only down about

35 dollars per share sitting at 270 250 It'll be an interesting trading day. One thing to

remember is that Electra has been on Fridays giving weekly production updates

for Model 3 and for all of Tesla production. So though I wouldn't expect that to necessarily

have a big impact on the stock today in the midst of all the other noise, that is important

and it is something to keep an eye out for.

Adding to the conversation from last night, we have two more pieces of news

relative to the SEC lawsuit. The first is a statement of support from Tesla's Board of Directors that reads,

Tesla and the Board of Directors are fully confident in Elon, his integrity,

and his leadership of the company, which has resulted in the most successful U. successful US Auto Company in over a century.

Our focus remains on the continued ramp of model 3 production and delivering for our customers,

shareholders, and employees."

I am glad, of course, to see that statement of support from the Board of Directors.

The other interesting piece of news is being reported by the Wall Street Journal, claiming

that Musk and the SEC had reached a settlement agreement, and then

Musk changed his mind and no longer wished to settle on those terms.
