The Broncos are back on the practice field today to kick off the second preseason week.

And we really never left.

So we are back as well.

We were out of practice.

We got you here behind the mic and Zach Stevens rocking and rolling with you today. It's a hot one. It feels like training camp now. I'll tell you that. Yeah, it was really hot. There was a moment after we were allowed in, which was new, where we were standing in the shade. I was like, oh, this is actually kind of nice. It's kind of cool, but then it got hot. Yeah. It's not even the hot compared to like last week. It feels hot. I don't know. It did feel hot. I'm sweating. At least my car was hot. You guys are both looking a little sunburned. Yeah, the past week I've been getting my son in, that's for sure. Nice. Joint practice did me in. Out in San Francisco, no shade. I know. Anywhere to be found. So it was a toasty one. And speaking of San Francisco and the Broncos being back, guys, Henry kind of mentioned it. There was a little different in difference in practice today. One for the media. Maybe that was one of the 14 things that Sean was able to

change to get right was allowing the media to enter later and not go as far, but not a big deal.

The other Broncos had to switch some things up after their first preseason game because they

didn't land until I think two and a half hours after they were

supposed to from San Francisco and Sean. And I think this is an important thing. Sean really

prioritizes sleep and rest for the players. So the Broncos didn't get home until 3.30 a.m.

on Sunday morning after the plane was stuck on the runway at in taking off from, I believe,

San Jose. So Broncos didn't get back so that pushed practice back a little bit today. But no delay

a game here. We're still on schedule regardless of what happened. So Sean did change things up a

little bit today. I don't know if this was part of it, but Broncos were not in pads today. I think everyone was expecting them to be in pads after having a day off yesterday. But no pads today. They're back in pads tomorrow and then joint practice against the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday. And there's going to be some changes with joint practice, which we'll get into later. But that's kind of the update on where the Broncos stand entering week two of preseason.

All right.

I think a lot of times Sean does the opposite of what everyone expects.

Like, everyone's always going to be pissed.

He's going to have them out in practice.

Out in pads, you know, running and tackling and all that stuff.

And usually when you think that, he does the opposite of that.
