expanded at the slowest pace in three years. We checked the markets every 15

minutes throughout the trading day on Bloomberg. S&P futures, up a point, Dow

futures of 22, NASDAQ futures down 2.5. Max in Germany, little changed.

10-year Treasury down 6.30 seconds, yield 2.31 percent.

Noymex crude oil up 1 percent or 46 cents to 4944 a barrel.
