Summary

My friends I promised for months that for those that came with me On my trips we would do a live recording of the podcast. Well here we are. The Roman gladiators were ancient professional combatants who fought before the public in large arenas built for entertainment during a time from 105 BCE to 404 CE within the Roman Empire. Most ancient gladiators were slaves, prisoners condemned to death, or former slaves given a chance to buy or win their freedom.
