All right, today we have another Blister Labs episode for you where we're going to be giving

you an update on some more things that we've been doing at Blister Labs.

But if you are a regular listener to Gear 30, you will remember the Blister Labs conversation

that I had with Dr. Jenny Blacklock, where Jenny and I announced this new Blister Labs initiative. And today we have Dr. Sean

Humbert, who is an engineering professor at CU Boulder and a professor in the Western Colorado

University Partnership Program and just a very key person in this whole Blister Labs initiative.

So what I really wanted to do in this conversation was mostly let you all get to know

Sean better. So we go pretty deep into Sean's really interesting background. And then

Sean gives us an update on some of the ski testing

that he's been doing. And I think you're going to be intrigued. Now, Sean and I recorded

this conversation this past Tuesday, May 24th. And actually, I need to get this introduction finished because I am leaving right now

to go back to Western with our entire blister team. And we're going to have a big

blister labs meeting down there, see some further developments in terms of the blister labs

testing that Sean actually just texted me to say that they've got

some new stuff to show us. So we're going to go ahead and get back down to link up with Sean.
