In fact, I look forward to bringing you conversations every single day that hopefully

inspire you in your faith walk, that deeping

your life. Have you noticed, though, when you start talking about everything that's going wrong in

your life, things start to feel kind of heavier? And when you rehearse the way someone maybe has

hurt you, that hurt goes deeper.

Why do you think that is? We do need to talk about the things that burden us, but is there a better

way to process hardship and to speak about our lives? Is there a way to speak life over our lives

without denying some of the things we're going through? Yes, there is. Also, there's something
