| 0:38.0 | So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, |
| 0:41.6 | and let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for. |
| 0:47.8 | Today we reflect on the second beatitude. |
| 0:53.3 | Blessed are the meek. |
| 0:56.7 | That's why Jesus said, |
| 0:58.9 | learn from me, for I am meek and humble in heart. |
| 1:04.2 | The poor in spirit corresponds to humility, |
| 1:06.7 | but then comes meekness. |
| 1:11.3 | Meekness is the calm power |
| 1:14.9 | that harnesses anger and directs it to good. |
