0:08.0	April 2002 and Christopher Mayor, the British Ambassador is on his way to Waco, Texas for an important meeting.

0:24.0	And we were due to stay at the Hilton Hotel in Waco, and so Carl and I got into a cab and we arrived there and there was really nice Texan ladies behind the counter

1:30.0	Eventually, Christopher sorts out the accommodation, and they go to the elevator and up to their rooms.
1:37.0	And we walked in the elevator and an overwhelming smell of perfume and this was not coming from the Miss Teen Texas
1:46.8	contestants it was coming from their fathers who were all jammed in the in the lift
1:51.9	and they all had this massively teased and pamated hair with lacquer sprayed on and it was surreal
