Welcome everyone to another episode of the men's room podcast with myself, Addy

0:24.0

O'Dee, by the great worried Jennings, and a very very special guest, an in-pick silver

0:27.6

medalist. I'm one of the hottest prospects in world boxing. I thought I'm going to put

0:30.9

my under pressure here by saying future world champion, main man Ben Whittaker is here

0:35.5

as well. We are celebrating Black History Month. We're going to chat a bit of boxing as well.

0:41.3

We've got him here, so you've got to chat a bit. And you've got me here, so you've got

0:43.8

to chat a bit of boxing. Let's kick things off with Black History Month. I'll start in

0:48.0

1:15.4

on the pedestal, it's almost like, wow, look at what they've achieved, what she's achieved.

1:19.5

And hopefully they look at that. We had a fantastic fight of Clarissia Shields fighting on the

1:24.1

weekend, who in five years time will probably be on my list. And she came from poverty, she was

1:29.3

raped at five. She's got so much bad backstory. But then look where she is now. So when you

1:35.2

sort of continually preach their names and I go on the radio show and talk about them, I want

1:40.1

young kids to listen and think, wow, as they will, when they continue to talk about you and

1:44.6

whittaker, you're doing amazing stuff. What's your thing? When you hear Black History Month,

1:48.8

what springs to mind for you? There's so many things, but to me, it's a time to celebrate what

1:54.3

we've gone through and where we are now. You know, maybe in a man of colour, sometimes you only
