Hey sister, soul sister. O M to the G. Ladies, ladies,

we are back after a very heavy week that we had here on the podcast. But let me just say,

it's amazing. It's amazing how every day we are given new mercy and I am feeling a week later

like this is this is the episode. This is the episode to just breathe, sit back, relax. And if you

saw the title of this episode, we're going to get into some just very mindless, bizarre things

that I discovered on the internet this week. Some of it was from doomscrolling. And some of

these things are actually pretty fun facts and cool findings. So if you've ever wondered

what it's like to get inside of my head and my sense

of humor and just the things that I typically, I don't know, fixate on and find very

interesting in my little ether of a world, today's that episode. We're going to have some

fun. I think it's only right after last week. You know, we had a very real

heart-to-heart episode talking all about grieving. And so, ah, it's February now, the month of love.

And I am just ready to kick this month off with a little bit more of a lighthearted episode. So first things

first, I just want to catch you up on some fun little life updates happening in our home this

month. So Stevie has been, he just wrapped up a project. He got to act in a movie coming out.

You know, one of our best friends, Marcus John's,

Chrissy's husband, and he actually invited Steve into an opportunity that he's been working

on for so long and we've been kind of just seeing him through this process of bringing this
