Is there a particular type of emotional dysregulation that you see cropping up time and time again with your clients in their relationships?

Well, RSD, I think, is probably the most known, the one that people talk about.

It's that being triggered by hearing a criticism or a rejection in an

unintentional comment of the partner and that's it's it's quite serious because some

people that that's a visceral reaction it's it's a felt reaction and it takes time to recover

from it you're nodding. You know that one.

ADHD is that, you know, an ADHD psyche is just intense and

passionate isn't it can't take that away from it that's the beauty of it that's why it's

fabulous to work with it's why it's fabulous to be around but you know it comes at a cost so

there is there is there is there is a very very very high sensitivity level.

The rejection sensitivity,

that would feed into also a difficult relationship with self.
