has longer-term consequences. So, you know, you hear play it in different ways. It could be booze. It

could be cannabis. It could be drugs. It could be people eating a lot more food than they perhaps

need. The more you try to get rid of this, the more you're actually strengthening the dynamic

longer term. Do you have any tips, like any surefire ways that can calm anxiety? To quickly settle, you know, sometimes just ease kind of slow bilateral taps. That can be just instantaneously soothing. Even if you kind of go more fundamental in that, I think that when you're having a moment, just going to say, okay, what is it you need? You immediately get a sense of ease.
