It's the Thursday edition of the Three Martini lunch.

We've got good, very bad, and definitely crazy crazy and also disturbing crazy

crazy martini today but Jim as we get started here we have to begin with

something that I think is once again a reminder that the three martini lunch is the perfect spot for all of us to congregate.

We can safely social distance and even the drinks are virtual, but I know a lot of folks are not going to like this news.

Now it comes to us from the World Health Organization,

so take it with a grain of salt or a whole bucket of it,

but it says from USA Today,

as the coronavirus pandemic leaves millions stuck at home,

alcohol sales have risen drastically nationwide.

The Royal Health Organization, however, says alcohol may put people

at increased risk for the coronavirus,

weakening the body's immune system, and leaving drinkers at risk for the coronavirus, weakening the body's immune system and

leaving drinkers at risk for other risky behaviors that could increase the

likelihood of contracting the coronavirus. Jim, there is bad news, there there's depressing news and this is pretty bleak for a lot of people but then there's fake news.
