We have good, good and crazy Martini's for the Three Martini lunch today.

But Jim, before we get to our martinis, we got to take a quick look at what the presumptive

Democratic presidential nominee is up to. Real quick he was on with

Anderson Cooper and Dr. Sanjay Gupta last night and he was on there for several

minutes he seemed kind of halting most of the time even when he was able to get his points across and then he had another Biden moment.

You know, there's a during World War II, you know, where Roosevelt came up with a thing that, you know what Roosevelt came up with a thing that you know was totally different

than a then the the it's called he called the you know the World War II he had the

war the war production board.

So Jim, I'm not sure what the Democratic spin on this is going to be.

It seemed like he either had his comments written and he still couldn't spit them out or maybe he was just looking down to try and remember what he wanted to say in the first place, but took him about 20 seconds to say what he could have said in about five.

So are Democrats getting more worried about Joe Biden at this point during this whole

shutdown or less? I think they probably should be. I've never felt so much like Dr. Sanjay Gupta in my life.

As you could see, he didn't want to have any particular facial expression reaction

to how Biden was struggling to get his words out, but he could not completely succeed.

I felt like you're watching, you know, your child ride the bike without training wheels for the first time.

You're like, come up, you can do it, you can do it, you know.

Look, we all have moments where we are less than verbally as astute as we'd like to be.
