0:40.6	birthday month to do a random act of kindness for other people to exemplify what Deb and I are

0:57.2	going on and just think it's nice if we could take a moment to focus on how we really can
1:02.7	hold and anchor the light where we are in our world. So I was completely overwhelmed and honored
1:09.7	by the amazing response I got to my request to do a
1:13.5	random act of kindness. I received so many stories and emails and Instagram messages that I actually
1:20.0	had to break this up into two shows. So I shared half of them on my other podcast,
1:25.4	Enlightened Empaths. And then the other half I'm going to be
1:28.9	sharing here along with Michael's help so you don't get bored of just my voice in your ears.
