She is a traditional birth dula, and she's also a birth coach and consultant as well as a birth fit coach.

As someone who personally is very excited about having kids someday, I was so excited to have

this conversation because I was blown away by a lot of what she said.

I really learned a lot in this episode.

There were many things that I did not know that I was very excited to learn about because

for me, information is empowering, you know,

and it's good to know these things so that we can be educated on everything on what to expect

so that we can really make the best decisions for ourselves and our babies.
