Mary flow started to help empower and equip parents to talk to their kids about sex.

We know that like you said, getting the basics down is important.

The story of birth, the story of how baby is made, all of that.

The more you can kind of pack into those early years in a very simple,

unessential, this is how it all works way, the easier it is to continue the conversation.

So if you haven't had those, it's good to go back and refresh all of that and catch up there.

And that's kind of what you say is everyone has a defensive plan.

When it comes to sex and what they want their kids to not know,

what they want their kids to not see.

But what we really, we really want to encourage is for parents to have an offensive plan.

Honestly, going into parenthood, this was not something I was thinking about.

When I had babies, I wasn't thinking about it.

I wonder someday, how am I going to tell them about sex?

But after hearing Mary flow at a Mops meeting back when my older kids were a lot littler,

I felt so equipped that when the time came, when those questions came up,

I would be ready with a plan.
