$14 million bond tonight the latest in this tragedy but first on June 3rd 2024 a strange but extremely violent and tragic attack

Bianca Ellis allegedly followed three-year-old Julian Wood and his mother Margo from a grocery store

into the parking lot in north Olmsted Ohioators say she stole kitchen knives from a thrift store, then stabbed Little Julian,

sitting in his shopping cart. Little Julian died. Margot was also wounded, trying to pull him to safety.

And our system of justice, unfortunately, there is a big cross-section between people who are

suffering from different levels of mental illness and our criminal justice system, people who are committing crimes,

people who are arrested, people who are accused.
