Axe begins as funding raise, but it turns out that most legit finance operations aren't willing to hand out the kind of money axe wants as fast as he wants it.

So he turns to Grigor Andalov, a Russian oligarch who issues veiled death threats towards his children and also looks like John Malkovich.

But Axe doesn't mind, even if Taylor totally does, and he seals the deal with an assist

from Todd Crackow, a surprise Kevin Durant cameo, and a Chekhov's warning not to lose Andalov's
